International Road Haulage
International Road Haulage is one of the most practical ways of delivering goods. It is due to the relatively low cost of transportation along with the optimal delivery time.
There are several products of international delivery service by automobile transport, which include:
- Comprehensive General Transport by Automobiles.

Trucking is carried out by wheeled vehicles, which include euro-trucks of various sizes and parameters, as a rule with loading space from 40 to 120 cubic meters (m3), and various types, along with:
- Tilt trailers and semi-trailers.
- All-metal trailers and semi-trailers, including those with isothermal properties.
- Refrigerated trailers and semi-trailers.
- Container platforms, or vehicles with semi-trailers designed to transport containers.
- Oversized platforms, or vehicles with semi-trailers designed to carry bulky goods.
The main directions of road transportation are those of:
- Western and Eastern European Countries.
- Scandinavian Countries.
- Balkan Countries.
- CIS countries.
When selecting an organization for cargo delivery by road transport market participants are guided by:
-
Relatively inexpensive cost of delivery per unit of cargo - tons, cubic meters, etc.
-
Optimal delivery time, usually not exceeding 20 calendar days.
-
Geographical location of countries from which it is planned to deliver the cargo.
-
Ease of organizing transportation, due to sufficient supply of road transport services, which often exceeds demand.
We consider general goods to be any cargoes that require transportation by a whole transport unit, i.e. a truck, container, tanker, etc.
The only exception is airfreight, which is de-facto consolidation of various cargoes at the Airport of Departure, loading them into the air vehicle and transporting them to the destination airport. In this case, although the vehicle is an airplane, we refer to the vehicle as the cargo shipment, the cargo itself.
General cargoes are transported from almost any point in the world, where there are transport routes (including by air), and are not limited to any geographical region.
Complex transportation of general cargoes we call a complex of services, which necessarily include:
- Logistics Services, e.g. Cargo Transportation.>
- Customs Clearance.
