Our consolidation warehouse is located in Shanghai, which is one of China’s most commodity-intensive regions. Deliveries from suppliers to our warehouse in Shanghai mainly by truck on the EXW terms, or suppliers deliver to our warehouse under the FOB Shanghai terms.
Then, the goods are handled in our standard warehousing process. The goods are:
- Accepted for quantity and quality of shipping package.
- Weighed.
- Labeled with EC (EAC) or CIM.
- Photographed.
After the following procedures, we prepare accompanying documents for each shipment, if necessary, we carry out export customs procedures. Shipments are loaded into a 40-ft container, sealed and transported to the departure station.
To maintain regularity of shipments and meet delivery deadlines, we dispatch goods from different stations in different regions, depending on their capacity.
The main departure stations include:
- Yiwu.
- Suzhou.
- Chongqing.
- Xi'an.
- Changsha.
The most predictable and time-efficient route is considered transit through Zabaikalsk.
However, if there are problems at the Zabaikalsk terminal, we will send cargo via Mongolia with extended delivery time (which is not more than 35 calendar days), and we inform our customers in advance.
The main destination station for groupage cargoes is «Vorsino» station, the Takscom terminal, with which we have direct contracts of station and terminal services.
Our specialty when clearing groupage cargoes at the destination terminal is the release on wheels, which means that we do not de-consolidate containers with groupage cargoes at the terminal station, declare all lots at once, and due to this we save time and money of our clients. In this case, we have agreements with the terminal that in case of emergency, we can, if necessary, unload some of the cargo from the container.
Released cargo in the container is removed from the station and delivered to our warehouse in Khimki, where the unloading and acceptance of cargo in quantity and quality of shipping space. We make video and photo records of the unloading process in order to monitor the process and record the occurrence of any insured events. After acceptance of the goods in the warehouse, we carry out the last mile by our own transport to the final recipients of the cargo.
All shipping documents are received by Clients via Profile and / or Electronic Document Management (EDM).
