Optimalog is the All-Russian customs representative, it is included in the Unified Register of the Federal Customs Service without restrictions on geography and type of activity. This means, we are able to clear cargo of any commodity nomenclature at any point in Russia by declaring it in any of the 16 acting Electronic Declaration Centers (EDCs).
At the moment, the Company is represented by 9 operating units located in the key transport and logistics and commodity geographic zones, as follows:
1. North-Western Federal District in St. Petersburg.
We process and arrange cargos that come by sea to the ports of St. Petersburg – Bronka, Ust-Luga, Big Port of St. Petersburg (by automobile transport to regional bonded warehouses or by air to Pulkovo Airport).
2. Central Federal District in Moscow, Sergiev Posad, Smolensk, Volokolamsk, Khimki.
We process and arrange goods arriving by road transport to regional warehouses, by air to airports of Moscow Air Hub (MAH), including Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo, Vnukovo, Zhukovsky Airports. It can also be achieved by rail to stations Vorsino, Khovrino, Electrougli, Selyatino, Silikatnaya, Kresty, Belyi Rast, etc.
3. In the Far Eastern Federal District in Vladivostok.
We handle and process cargo arriving by sea to the ports of Vladivostok, Rybny and Nakhodka, and by air to Vladivostok Airport.
4. Urals Federal District in Yekaterinburg.
We process and process cargos arriving by road to regional bonded warehouses, by rail to Yekaterinburg-Tovarnaya and Koltsovo stations, and finally, by air to Koltsovo Airport.
5. South Federal District in Novorossiysk.
We process and arrange goods arriving by sea to Novorossiysk ports.
All divisions (link to company information where all divisions are represented) have full-time employees responsible for processing and preparation of documents for customs clearance, declaration to customs authorities and support during customs clearance, including presence at cargo inspections, sampling and other necessary measures of actual customs, veterinary, phytosanitary and radiation control.
This enables us to guarantee our clients a speedy customs clearance process, even if additional measures of customs control are triggered (as for RMS risks). We provide open statistics on the time of processing of customs declarations for all our Clients. You can see on our website.
