The terms of customs clearance are regulated and fixed in the Contract. Please note that we provide a fully open and up-to-date analysis of customs clearance times for all ICEs where customs declaration is performed (link to pdf here).
Each stage of customs clearance, including measures of actual customs control (various inspections and examinations of the cargo), is carefully administered by our specialists, and the Customer receives notifications on all events via Profile and Mobile App. Here are some of the stages essential to the procedure: registration of the goods declaration, inspection, security payments and release of goods declaration. You may also apply additional control measures (inspections, MIDC, additional inspections, security payments, etc.), release of goods declaration.
By using our app and Profile, you have access to the full document flow on customs clearance in real time.
All of our Customs Department employees are top-level professionals with relevant diplomas and certificates not to mention incredibly valuable experience and expertise in Customs.
However, professionalism and expertise are not quite enough to provide quality customs services, with the rise of economic digitalization. The automation of customs clearance processes, which reduces time costs and increases efficiency many times over, are coming to the fore.
In order to reduce the influence of the human factor, minimize possible errors and increase efficiency, we have optimized and automated the processing of goods data by developing our own Customs Block platform, which is integrated into the corporate system.
The Customs Block is a database that contains all the articles of goods that have ever been cleared with us or given to us in the form of catalogs, electronic drives, etc.
All the articles are clearly structured within the Customs Block, each with its own unique number, as well as complete set of the product’s features, such as:

information about the producer, sender and recipient,

data on the Contract, UNC, additional agreements,

full description for the declaration (31 columns),

data on valid approvals,
-
index of cost per 1 kg,
-
specialists’ comments.
Each consignment is processed through the Customs Block. If the information about the goods is present in the system, it is rechecked and all the necessary data is filled in. If the goods are transported for the first time, the system will give a «red line» marker, indicating the following. We will request the missing documentation, process it and upload it to the system, making it just up-to-date for the next shipments.
When the list of product articles is being processed using the Customs Block, it takes literally a couple of minutes to prepare the goods declaration draft, which is called Specification. According to our measurements, 1000 articles are converted in 2-3 minutes, which is dozens of times faster than the processing of a similar volume by an ordinary specialist.
Thanks to the Customs Block, not only the time of preparation, but also the number of errors in declaration, is reduced. Therefore, it allows to greatly increase the efficiency of the entire customs clearance process, which favorably impacts the work of our clients.
