Cargo arriving at the airports of Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo and Vnukovo is declared to the Aviation ICE. For cargo arriving to the regional airports (i.e. Koltsovo, Pulkovo, Vladivostok) the order of declaring to the subordinates to RCHs (known as Regional Customs Houses) is determined.

Prepare a preliminary specification, a document that gives a detailed description of each article of goods. It includes its physical and technical characteristics. This paper is a draft for development of the goods declaration, and can be agreed with you.
Prepare the goods declaration and pass the declaration to the customs authorities via ED-2 procedure.
Provide full assistance to your cargo in the customs clearance process. If necessary, they will do the preliminary cargo inspection, be present during the customs control, supervise the process of taking samples and registration of all the relevant documents after the goods release
